CANCELLATION POLICY

You can reschedule up to 48 hours ONCE and transfer your deposit to your new appointment. If you cannot make the new appointment, your deposit will be lost and you will have to re-book your appointment paying another $20 deposit. Cancellations should be done 48 hours before your appointment. There will be a 10% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
